Step 1:

Within 5 (five) working days of receipt of your complaint First Debt Recovery will provide you with an acknowledgement that we have received your correspondence, this will be either by return email or letter.
 
We will include a copy of our internal complaints handling procedure and also the name and job title of the person who will be dealing with your complaint.
 
The customer service team at First Debt Recovery will ensure that your complaint is dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner and is resolved to your satisfaction.
 

 

Step 2:
 
If, after a 4 (four) week period, since acknowledgement of your complaint, First Debt Recovery has been unable to satisfactorily resolve the issue we will write to you to:

    1. Provide a progress update
    2. Advise why the problem has still not been resolved
    3. Inform you when our next contact will be. 4. Provide a resolution date
